We support adults between the ages of 16 and 65 as well as those over 65 with their care requirements. We assist those with dementia, learning disabilities, end-of-life care, and physical disabilities.
Our services range from 30 minutes to several hours per day and include:

• Personal care,
• Medication Administration,
• Mobility Assistance,
• Companionship,
• Housekeeping/grocery Shopping,
• Clinical Care, including management of catheters, feeding tubes,
• Stoma Care and many other services.

Position: Full time and part time staff required for the role of a Health care assistant/ Support worker.

Location: Washington, Sunderland, Durham, Gateshead and Newcastle.

Job responsibilities:
The main duties and responsibilities are providing personal care, such as

• Showering
• Shaving
• Oral Hygiene and Dressing,
• Administering Medication
• Monitoring Health and Wellbeing, maintaining
• records and reporting any changes,
• assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
• providing emotional support and companionship.

Job requirement:

1. Experience working in a similar role will be a significant advantage, however full training will be given.
2. Having a full UK drivers’ licence is desirable.
3. Flexibility, reliability, caring nature, good communication and willingness to undertake training is essential.
